Processing Time and Shipping
Orders currently require 1 – 2 business days for order processing, 3 – 5 business days for colored hair PRIOR to shipping (excluding holidays and weekends). This includes time needed to process the order and prepare for shipping. Depending on the time of year, processing times may vary.
All standard orders are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the email provided by the customer.
All local pickups must be arranged and picked up within one (1) business day. If an order is not picked up at the arranged time and place, the order will then be shipped to the address given by the customer on the purchase invoice.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It’s important that you double check your shipping information for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting your payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages. Ensure the shipping address is in a secure location that the package can’t be tampered with. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier shipping delays due to holidays or weather. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
At Sarai Hair Co. we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be returned or exchanged within (15) fifteen days. The hair must be in its original condition/state (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it. There are no refunds on Wigs, Colored bundled hair and/or Clip-Ins, since these are customized items. Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture or length, you will be responsible for the differential in cost plus a 5% Change Order Fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship the replacement hair until the original order has been received AND inspected.
